Angela May is a chef, TV host, and culinary designer passionate about healthy living and sustainable food solutions. In 2015, she opened her first vegetable-forward restaurant, Angela May Food Chapters, in Singapore to share her love of clean eating. She later launched Deliciae Catering Co., catering to the growing demand for curated menus for elite clients.
As an accredited sports nutritionist and host of food and lifestyle shows, Angela has become a recognized figure in the culinary world. For over twelve years, she has served as the English voice of prestigious events like the Bocuse d'Or and the World Pastry Cup.
In 2020, Angela founded Foodfluence, a tech-driven F&B company addressing global food scarcity through innovation. With a Le Cordon Bleu diploma, she combines her American-Thai heritage and international culinary experiences to create fresh, locally sourced dishes. Angela’s mission is to secure a sustainable future for food while sharing her passion for healthy living worldwide.
